Here’s the latest report on our progress at the neighborhood urban farm!
March was a busy month, with the most notable development being a hard fought battle to cut through some serious concrete to make holes for fruit trees. My own part in the process was limited to clearing dirt to get to the concrete floor and shifting out rocks after the jackhammer did its work, which suited me just fine!
We were rained out of our regular Thursday work session today, so instead let us reflect on the progress and know those newly installed fruit trees are enjoying their showers. (Photos of those to follow in the next batch.)
